The U.S Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

BID/BUILD RESIDENCIAL BUILDING RENOVATION AT THE U.S PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Bid/Build Construction Type Contract in calendar year 2025.
The successful offeror shall provide complete architect and construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the renovation, management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe.
The United States Department of State (DOS) Facility Management and Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires Bid/Build Construction services at the U.S. Prague, Czech Republic
Short project scope description:
The U.S. Embassy Prague requires full renovation services to be performed at a US Government residence building in accordance with the design and specifications provided with the solicitation. The work required under this contract consists of providing all professional services, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, insurance, local permits, etc. to complete the work.
Work shall be completed as expeditiously as possible. The structure shall be unoccupied during the execution of this contract. Contractor shall coordinate with Contracting Officer for work phasing and job sequencing with work commencing and completing in a sequential manner. Contractor to submit a phasing plan with construction schedule for review and approval prior to commencement of work at the site.
