- The project includes storm water construction at various locations on Big Bone Church Road with the most significant work consisting of removing an existing stone and concrete box culvert, installing a County owned aluminum box culvert in the same location, and building new concrete paving and bridge walls over the installed culvert.A bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in equal amount to five (5) percent of the bid (including Add Alternates) shall be submitted (electronically) with each bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the state of Kentucky to provide said surety.
