This is a Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
75H70926Q00001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Tele Behavioral Health & Tele Emergency Behavioral Health Services for the Billings Area Indian Health Service. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract; FAR 37.4 Non-Personal Healthcare Services Contracts.
