Subject: Pre-Solicitation Notice for Teleradiology Interpretation Services

The Indian Health Service intends to solicit quotations for Teleradiology Interpretation Services. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. The period of Performance is expected to be one base year plus four option years.
The services required include, but are not limited to providing Teleradiology Interpretation Services to the Billings Area Service Units to consist of the following sites: Blackfeet Service Unit, Crow Service Unit, Fort Belknap Service Unit, Fort Peck Service Unit, Little Shell Service Unit, and the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, personnel, and supplies to perform the services.
The solicitation will be issued on or about March 17th, 2025 and quotations will be due approximately 30 days later. The solicitation will be available on SAM.gov.
This notice is not a request for quotation. A determination to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received within the stated due date listed on the solicitation, must be considered by the agency.
A draft solicitiation has been attached for reference and is not an official request for quotation.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have - and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) - an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
