The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for the installation of Bird Netting at the New Office Building (NOB), Sun Control Device Façades, and Pyramid-Shaped Enclosures in Mexico City, Mexico.
The estimated delivery schedule for this service is 60 days. It is expected that once awarded, the service shall be completed no later than December 1, 2025. Delivery of items shall be in Mexico City.
The selected offeror will be fully responsible for providing the service as described in the RFQ document, which will be published on SAM.gov. This includes obtaining any necessary local government permits (including import permits) and licenses, as well as adhering to the quality standards specified in the RFQ document. Offerors will be responsible for presenting an offer that considers the elements listed below, and if a discrepancy is identified, the offeror will be responsible for flagging it in the quotation.
The offeror shall provide complete information about the items being quoted in conformance with the requirements stated in the scope of work, such as descriptive literature, manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical datasheets, as applicable. Items shall comply with the industry-s minimum quality standards and any additional warranty requirements specified in the RFQ document.
All offerors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their quotation:
