This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 01/17/2025. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business. DESCRIPTIONThe US Geological Survey - Western Ecological Research Center, Dixon Field Station, requires Bird Transmitter as described in the attached Salient Characteristics. Proposals must be submitted FOB Destination shipping to Dixon, CA 95620. RELEVENT INFORMATIONThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, and associated size standard 600 employees applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code 7G22, IT and Telecom-Network: Satellite and RF CommunicationAll questions must be sent directly to capplegate@usgs.gov by 04/01/2025 at 0600 PDT.
