    MICC Center - Fort Knox, 199th 6th Avenue, Suite 250, Fort Knox, KY 40121.
    Solicitation W9124D24Q0149 is for the Birmingham City Schools JCLC/STEM. The contractor shall provide training facilities, instructors, lodging, and meals for a total estimated 570 Cadets and 150 Cadre. There will be three (3) each four (4) day training cycles with 190 Cadets and 50 JROTC instructors per cycle. Cycle 1 shall run from 31 May - 3 June 2024. Cycle 2 shall run from 7-10 June 2024. Cycle 3 shall run from 14-17 June 2024. The total period of performance is 31 May - 17 June 2024.
    This requirement is not set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.
    The solicitation (SF 1449) is posted to the SAM.gov website as an attachment to this notice. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. All amendments will be posted to SAM.gov and vendors are advised to check for updates to this notice prior to quote submission.
    Contract award is anticipated on or about 25 May 2024.
    Amendment W9124D24Q0149-0001 increases the quantity for CLIN 0002 cadet lunches by 380 from 1,900 to 2,280 and the quantity for CLIN 0008, cadrelunchs by 100 from 500 to 600.
    Amendment W9124D24Q0149-0001 extends the offer due date from 16 May 2024 at 10:00 AM EST (Fort Knox local time) to 17 May 2024 at 10:00 AM EST (FortKnox local time).
    Amendment W9124D24Q0149-0001 updates the Performance Work Statement paragraph 5.2.3.3 Feeding Times to identify date and time for additional lunches.
