- The Main Objective Of This Scope Of Work Is To Mill And Overlay The Existing Asphalt On The Road Between The Secondary Clarifiers And The Biological Reactors And To Widen The Existing Pavement Where Trucks Have Driven Off The Pavement At The Truck Scale. The Focus Of This Project Is To Perform Pavement Rehabilitation As Well As Provide Additional Pavement In Two Select Areas. The Rehabilitation Will Be Performed At The Secondary Clarifiers And The Additional Pavement Will Be Placed Adjacent To The Truck Scale. Additionally, This Scope Also Includes Demolition Of Concrete Pads At The Front Gate And Remediation Of The Area With Pavement And Turf.
