Statement of NeedScope of WorkThis requirement needs to provide 1 Black Belt (BB) Spine Retractor Instrument Set to be delivered to C.W. Bill Young VAMC (CWYVAMC).BackgroundThe CWYVAMC Sterile Processing Service (SPS) needs a second set of Surgical Direct BB Retractor Spine set (Brand Name or Equal). Currently, we only have one BB Retractor Spine set which means we do not have any stand-by sets when we have 2 spine cases, and/or a stand-by set if the first set was to get contaminated. A Black Belt Retractor system is used during anterior and posterior cervical (spine) surgery to hold open incisions, hold back tissues or other objects, and allow access to areas around the spine.Place of PerformanceThe product is requested to be delivered to Sterile Processing Service at the CWYVAMC, located at 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard, Bay Pines, FL 33744. Period of Performance: The product is requested to be delivered no later than 03/31/2025.Requirement OverviewThe Contractor shall provide the full requested quantity of products listed below.
