The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Black Butte Elevator Service for a base plus four option years.
Project Description: Perform all preventative maintenance, periodic inspections, and categorical testing/certification services for the elevator at Black Butte Dam, Tehama County, CA.
This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. The size standard is $19 million. Product Service Code is Z1KA (Maintenance of Dams).
The solicitation will proceed as a Total Small Business Set Aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 14 Mar 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 16 Apr 24. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time.
