Description
This is a Special Notice that the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Blackfeet Service Unit is awarding a non-competitive, sole source contract to United States Postal Service, 2825 Lone Oak Parkway, St. Paul, MN, 55121 to provide Postage for the mail machine at the Blackfeet Service Unit (BFSU). Authorized per FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; FAR Part 8, required sources of supplies and services. Period of Performance, 01/24/2025 - 01/23/2026.
