U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to Ultrax Aerospace. The requirement is to provide ongoing calibration, upgrade and repair support for certain specialized testing devices manufactured by ULTRAX Aerospace, used in Blackhawk helicopter maintenance.

The sole source justification is attached to this posting as well as the Statement of Work (SOW).
ULTRAX Aerospace has not licensed or allowed any other companies to perform repair to their units, or to update software, and outsourced calibration of this equipment is very limited, therefore AMO is required to utilize ULTRAX aerospace for calibration and repair of this equipment. Additional details are provided in the attached sole source justification.
