Description : BLANKET ADVERTISEMENT FOR VARIOUS MINOR CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (NOT for a specific project) Contractors who submit the form linked below will be added to a bidders list, and will receive notification from CSUDH on new bidding opportunities for minor capital projects. California State University, Dominguez Hills, is seeking qualified General Contractors holding either Class A, B, and/or C licenses, to perform various jobs and/or minor capital projects as needed through June 30, 2025. The University shall establish a shortlist of qualified contractors for possible future minor cap projects. The maximum dollar value of any individual minor capital project will not exceed $1,103,000.00. Contactors selected for award must be able to readily mobilize and begin work on such projects with a short timeframe; ten (10) to fifteen (15) calendar days; All projects require payment of prevailing wage rates for Los Angeles County, bonds, insurance, and mandatory 3% DVBE participation, and contractors are required to perform the work in compliance with CSU Contract General Conditions for Design-Bid-Build (Minor Capital Projects) and Supplemental General Conditions available at: https://www.calstate.edu/csu-system/doing-business-with-the-csu/capital-planning-design-construction/Documents/cgc_dbb_minor.pdf.
