Description:
Description : San Diego State University (¿University¿) is seeking qualified General Contractors holding an active Contractors State License Board (CLSB) C-36 license, Plumbing Contractor, to perform various minor capital projects and jobs as needed at Snapdragon Stadium located on 2101 Stadium Wy, San Diego, CA 92108. The University shall establish a shortlist of no more than three (3) qualified contractors for potential minor capital projects in the coming calendar 2025 year. The agreement(s) awarded under this advertisement will have a minimum total contract value of $0.00 and a maximum total contract value of $1,103,000.00. The term of the contract will be twelve (12) months, unless the maximum value of the contract is achieved prior to the completion of the contract term.The University shall establish a shortlist of qualified contractors and service providers to perform services, including but not limited to installing, altering, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. Upon award, Contractor shall sign the University standard agreement along with the CSU Contract General Conditions for Design-Bid-Build, attached hereto as Attachment 1.
