The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) intends to award a blanket purchase agreement for gas cylinders to include but not limited to liquid nitrogen, breathing air, helium, hydrogen, argon cylinders for the Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) in Columbia, MO. This shall be a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a performance period of five years. The acquisition is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and full and open.
