The Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center, Red Mesa, AZ, Dental Department is seeking capable vendors interested in providing Dental Supplies on a Blanket Purchase Agreement. Period of Performance will have one (1) base year with an additonal four (4)option years. This solicitation will be awarded to two (2) ISBEE vendors.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339114 - Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing. Attached are the list of items required. Quotes will be due on or by February 12, 2025 at 11:00 am. Reference solicitation number and title in subject line.
