Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is requesting quotes to replace the epoxy flooring at Bldg. 1051. The project will require the contractor to grind the existing flooring, patch cracks in existing concrete, and apply new epoxy floor coating. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for non-commercial services in accordance with FAR 13.1.
The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract. The solicitation number for this requirement will be N0025325Q0006. Performance location will be at Keyport, WA. The target award date is, April 21, 2025.
The NAICS code is 238190 Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2EZ repair or alteration of other industrial buildings. This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small businesses.
The government estimate of the Magnitude of the requirement is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
