This work includes the renovation of the main briefing room in building 20. Work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work dated 10 July 2025. This project is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
UPDATE: The "Notice of Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit" location has changed to the project Location in Building 20. The date and time remain unchanged.
