THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS POSTED AT THE SAM.GOV WEBSITE AT sam.gov/. THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AT THIS TIME AS THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT - READ CAREFULLY.

The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.
The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract for “Bldg 250 Roof Repair”.
The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
The project includes but is not necessarily limited to: Bldg 250 Roof Repair
consisting of the repair of 42,500 square feet of EPDM rubber roof with associated storm-water control and structural repair as necessary.

All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a bid as a prime contractor no later than 18 July 2025. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include:
A positive statement of intent to bid. A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (attached). A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or subcontractor, and if the subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
