Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for replacement of Bldg. 81 East awning. The project will require the contractor to abate asbestos and lead. Remove and replace existing awning and repair effected surfaces. Remove existing 100- awning on the Eastside of Bldg. 81 and replace with two smaller awnings. First Awning shall be 6- deep and 12- in length covering two existing doorways on Eastside of building. Second awning will be 6- wide and 6- long covering one exterior doorway. Removal of old pipping/conduit from building and Awning. Installation of new conduit and provide exterior lighting for doorways. Repair all penetrations and repaint to match. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for non-commercial services in accordance with FAR 13.1.

The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract. The solicitation number for this requirement is N0025325Q0013. The performance location will be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center - Keyport, WA. The target award date is September 3, 2025. The NAICS code is 238190 Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors which includes new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs., with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2AZ - repair or alteration of other administrative facilities and service buildings. This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small businesses.

The government estimate of the Magnitude of the requirement is $35,000.00 to $75,000.00.
