The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, parts, equipment, and materials to remove (2) failed water softeners and replace with (2) in-like kind ot match the capacity and operations, including one salt reservoir tank IAW attached Scope of Work. Work to be performed at USCG Base Elizabeth City Bldg. 91, 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
All quotes must be submitted by 09/10/2025 noon EST.
All quotes must be submitted via email to luis.r.perez1@uscg.mil. Ensure block 17a (Include UEI) and pricing are completed on SF-1449 along with quote.
Source Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically acceptable.

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 221310.
The small business standard is $41.0 Mil.
All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
