BLM-CO Mill Creek Campground ExpansionThis amendment is to announce the pre-bid site visit.The Pre-Bid Site Visit at Mill Cree Campground is Friday, May 16, 2025 at 11am MT.This is a pre-solicitation notice for solicitation planned release on 1 May with a closing date of 31 May. No bids, quotes or proposals are being accepted at this time. If interested, suggest you follow this solicitation for further instructions or email the POC with your interest and capability statement.Socio-economic Categories: While this procurement remains a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM highly encourages and welcomes quotes from all sub-categories of small business such as Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, 8a, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe work includes, but is not limited to; site work, road and parking area construction, precast concrete toilet installation, campsite construction, and bridge deck maintenance.1.2 LOCATIONThe project is located in Hinsdale County, Colorado. From Lake City, CO, travel south on CO-149, Turn right on County Road 30, travel approximately 11 miles, project location is on the left. Work shall be completed within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed. The project elevation is around 9500 feet. Weather (snow or snowmelt) may prevent work for several months of the year.
