BLM-CO GFO MILL CREEK CAMPGROUND EXPANSION AND IMPROVEMENTSThis is a solicitation announcement for a campground expansion project located at the Bureau of Land Management Mill Creek Campground in Hinsdale County, Colorado. Mill Creek Campground is 13.6 miles South of Lake City, CO on County Road 30.Mill Creek Campground Web Site: https://www.blm.gov/visit/mill-creek-campground-coSocio-economic Categories: While this procurement remains a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM highly encourages and welcomes quotes from all sub-categories of small business such as Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, 8a, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe work includes, but is not limited to; site work, road and parking area construction, precast concrete toilet installation, campsite construction, and bridge deck maintenance.1.2 LOCATIONThe project is located in Hinsdale County, Colorado. From Lake City, CO, travel south on CO-149, Turn right on County Road 30, travel approximately 11 miles, project location is on the left. Work shall be completed within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed. The project elevation is around 9500 feet. Weather (snow or snowmelt) may prevent work for several months of the year.
