GFO RED BRIDGE CAMPGROUND IMPROVEMENTThis amendment is to change the planned solicitation release date, responses due date, and archive date.This is a pre-solicitation notice for solicitation planned release on 12 June, 2025 with a closing date of 12 July, 2025. No bids, quotes or proposals are being accepted at this time. If interested, suggest you follow this solicitation for further instructions or email the POC with your interest and capability statement.Socio-economic Categories: While this procurement remains a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM highly encourages and welcomes quotes from all sub-categories of small business such as Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, 8a, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe work includes, but is not limited to; toilet parking and access construction, demolition of wood barriers and wood bollards, and boulder placement.1.2 LOCATIONFrom Powderhorn Colorado: travel south on highway 149 towards Lake City for approximately 8 miles. Turn right on Blue Mesa road, travel approximately 2 miles, the campground is on the left.The campground can be found by searching "Red Bridge Campground" in google maps.Google maps address: 2258 Blue Mesa Rd, Powderhorn, CO 812431.3 WORK SCHEDULEWork shall be completed within 150 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.Period of Performance: Work shall be completed within 150 days of the Notice to Proceed.Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $25,000 and $100,000.Pre-Bid Site Visit: A hosted site visit has not yet been scheduled.
