BLM-CO WRFO LO7 KIDS OHV TRAILThis is a pre-solicitation notice for solicitation planned release on 1 July with a closing date of 31 July. No bids, quotes or proposals are being accepted at this time. If interested, suggest you follow this solicitation for further instructions or email the POC with your interest and capability statement.Socio-economic Categories: While this procurement remains a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM highly encourages and welcomes quotes from all sub-categories of small business such as Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, 8a, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe objective of this project is to construct safe and traversable Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) trails for children and beginners within the LO7 Open OHV Area. The design will incorporate various features, including basic riding techniques such as starting, stopping, and steering, along with obstacle navigation that includes small hills, rocks, and ramps. The course will progressively increase in difficulty to build confidence and competencies in young riders, as well as provide opportunities for practicing uphill and downhill maneuvers. 1.2 LOCATIONLO7 Open OHV Area is located 4 miles South of Meeker Colorado. The Lat/Long of LO7 Open OHV Area is located at: 39°58'25.28"N 107°55'35.61"W The start of the -Kids Corner- trail is located at: 39°58'22.90"N 107°55'28.37"W. The start of the -Beginner Plus- trail is located at: 39°58'23.62"N 107°55'35.87"W. 1.3 WORK SCHEDULEWork is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Period of Performance: 10/01/2025-11/03/2025.Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $25,000 and $100,000.Pre-Bid Site Visit: A hosted site visit has not yet been scheduled.
