IntroductionThe Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Green River District (GRD) is soliciting quotations for the supply and delivery of ready-mix concrete for the McCoy Flats Campground Phase 1 project, located near Vernal, Utah, in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 327320. The Government seeks a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to procure 90 cubic yards (base) and up to 16 cubic yards (optional) of ready-mix concrete, meeting specific technical requirements, with deliveries scheduled between August 21, 2025, or 7 days after the notice to proceed, and May 22, 2026.Set-AsideThis acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 327320 (size standard: 500 employees), per FAR Part 19.
