The 115th Fighter Wing requires blood testing and results for approximately 28 individuals for the following PFAS compounds:
Perfluorooctanoic acid Perfluorooctanesulfonic acid Perfluoronanoic acid Perfluorohexanesulfonic acid Perfluorobutanesulfonic acid Perfluoroheptanoic acid
Blood draws will be accomplished by the 115th Fighter Wing. The contractor will be responsible for transport from the 115th Fighter Wing at 3110 Mitchell St in Madison, WI, testing within required guidelines, and reporting of results. This will include one base and four options.
