NAVSUP-WSS is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to Manufacture or Evaluate, Repair and/or Modify the items as specified.Point of Contact(s):Leo Dougherty, Contract Specialist at leo.dougherty@navy.milThe Government intends to issue a modification to existing BOA N0010422GYT01 that was solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the manufacture and repair of various items listed to A-condition status. The government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required procurement and repairs or manufacture of the items.The following NIINs are being added to the current BASIC ODERING AGREEMENT, N0010422GYT01.One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair. Additional information for submitting a Source Approval. This notice serves as the synopsis and notice of intent to issue modification of a sole source for a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0010422GYT01 for the remainder of the term of that agreement which expires April 5, 2027 and will support the manufacture and repair of units that are included under the CEC weapons system. The Government does not possess the necessary data to repair the equipment/items solicited hereunder from any source other than the OEM.
