• This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR part 12, Acquisition for Commercial Products and Commercial Services. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed-price contract. This requirement will be solicited as 100% set-aside for small business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ number is N0018926QL143. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01, (effective date: 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20261110 (effective 10 November 2025).
