- Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Jack Graham Inc DBA Marina Operations for the provision of boat lift rental with 24/7/365 access without relying on marina staff and with location offering quick access to the Gulf of Mexico for a period of one year .In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Jack Graham Inc DBA Marina Operations to provide these services to the County.
