COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation number is W912CL-25-Q-0013 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Far Part 13.
Description of Requirement
The Government requires the purchase and delivery of body armor and various law enforcement equipment meeting or exceeding the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) standards specified in the Product Description. See the attached Product Description/Specifications for full details, including NIJ compliance requirements, sizes, colors, and quantities.

Required Delivery Date: 31 October 2025
Early delivery is acceptable and preferred.
Evaluation Criteria
52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021)
(a) The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes:
Delivery Schedule - The Government will evaluate the quoter-s ability to meet or exceed the required delivery date. Quotes offering earlier delivery will be considered more favorably. Technical Acceptability - The quoted products must meet the requirements stated in the Product Description, including compliance with applicable specifications and standards.
