Justice Prisoner Air Transportation System (JPATS) has a requirement for Boeing
737-400, 737-700, and 737-800 aircraft maintenance manuals (line maintenance packages), customized flight crew operations manuals, interactive quick reference handbooks (iQRH, requires subscription), technical instructions, and revision services
The Procurement Division (JPATS) intends to solicit from a single source and issue a contract to The Boeing Company, 7755 E Marginal Way S, Tukwila, Washington 98108-4002 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
It has been determined that The Boeing Company is the provider of official Boeing manuals and aircraft documentation as part of Boeing-s global distributions services under Boeing-s Global Services.
The Procurement Division will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be from 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2026.
The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 336411. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on 9/2/2025.
Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
