BOEM: Geoscience Subsurface Interpretation Software - Cloud (GSIS-C) IDIQPLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), has a requirement to procure a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) geoscience and geophysical software package which can be hosted in accordance with the DOI cloud mandate.
