- The Boone County Fiscal Court is receiving Bids from KYTC Pre-Qualified Contractors (Work Item NAIC Class E1 or I04) for the replacement of wood guardrails for three (3) bridges in Boone County.Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish surety bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount as further specified in the Supplemental General Conditions.
