THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB).
This contract modification is intended to adjust the contract's duration. The contracting approach will shift from a twelve (12) month base period with four (4) option years and an additional six (6) month extension option to a five (5) year firm period with a single six (6) month option period. The scope and quantity requirements of the contract will remain unchanged, with only the period of performance being revised starting on 03/31/2025 and ending on 09/30/2030. As part of your revised proposal, contractors are allowed to include a 2% or 3% equitable price adjustment, if needed.
This modification extends the RFP due date to March 26, 2025 at 10:00am. The Government system is currently down. Please keep tracking SAM.gov because The Government will upload a MOD solicitation and a revised technical exhibit as soon as the system is running again.
The Government requires to provide the brand of the bottled water offered and indicates that the brand Crystal Springs will not be an accepted brand. - Documents:
