The General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting research by way of a Request for Information (RFI) for a Boxes, Cartons and Crate Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Government currently intends to award a one year period. The BPA(s)s will be issued against GSA Federal Supply Schedules.
This RFI does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract. The US Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any cost incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will not be reimbursed. Pursuant to FAR 52.215-3, this is a RFI notice only. This RFI is for planning purposes and is solely issued for conducting market research. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting proposal from this RFI. Specific Responses will not disqualify or have an impact on participating in any future solicitation. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation.
