This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this Special notice. This announcement constitutes the written notice that this combined synopsis/solicitation is being competed amongst contractors awarded an Blanket Purchase Agreement, The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Special Projects Operations Center (SPOC), Northwest Branch is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA-s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3—SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
There is not a solicitation request quotes. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity.
