Description
The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR 10.001) in identifying prospective sources to fill a government requirement for a contractor to provide miscellaneous dental and medical supplies, materials, hand instruments, and equipment accessories, parts, and consumables on an as needed basis. All supplies must be compatible with Hu-Friedy Group hand instruments. This is a five (5) year contract with a base year and four option periods.
Base Year: Approximately 9/1/2025 - 8/30/2026 Option Year One: Approximately 9/1/2026 - 8/30/2027 Option Year Two: Approximately 9/1/2027 - 8/30/2028 Option Year Three: Approximately 9/1/2028 - 8/30/2029 Option Year Four: Approximately 9/1/2029 - 8/30/2030
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 339114 - Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
