This solicitation is for the HVAC Insulation Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside BPA.
NOTE: Proposals must be valid for at least 60 calendar days.
The Government intends to award one (1) or more BPAs as a result of this solicitation.
The offeror shall submit their proposal via email by 1 May 2025, 12:00 p.m. EST to both Government Points of Contact (POCs) listed below. All questions must be submitted via email by Noon, 23 April 2025, EST. The government will not accommodate any questions after this date and time.
Site Visit: A site visit will not occur for this requirement.
