The Contractor shall respond to routine and emergency calls to provide portable latrines, pump and clean oil/water separators and grease traps at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming and at its associated MAF-s and LFs if/when START treaty inspection(s) are declared. The Contractor shall perform to the standards herein and concurrently comply with all City, County, State, and Federal rules, and regulations regarding this service.
