The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award to Steris Corporation - UEI No. UGGQJGGH6846, Skytron, LLC - UEI No.: CUFAYM193W16, and The Ruhof Corporation - UEI No.: DN78MQSLK919 for various sterilization product and sterile processing equipment items to be ordered on an as needed basis for integrated products to address the sterile processing, instrument management, and reprocessing needs required by the Central Sterilization Department. Reprocessing products help protect valuable surgical instruments to increase productivity, and help enhance patient and staff safety. Period of Performance shall be for a Base plus four (4) Year Option for a duration of 12 months from date of award. in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1), for purchases above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) but not exceeding $7.5M, Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement.
This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Steris Corporation, Skytron, LLC, and The Ruhof Corporation may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 10:00am EDT on Monday, March 24, 2025.
