Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) will issue a Request for Proposal on April 5, 2025 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Theproposed contract will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set Aside.TheNSNs listed on the request for proposal will have a contract minimum andmaximum that is set at the NSN level. This will be used to determine ifcost or pricing data would be required with any proposals, and if none ofthe exceptions to cost or pricing data were found.An indefinite quantity contract with one base year and four possibleoption years is anticipated. The total duration, base period plus optionyears shall not exceed 5 years. Items are all for DLA Direct (Stock) requirements. When solicited, the NSNswill have quantity breaks. The solicitation will specifyInspection/Acceptance at Origin or Destination and whether MilitaryPackaging or commercial packaging applies. Government requireddelivery will be annotated on the solicitation.While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers the finaldecision will be based on a combination of price, past performance,delivery and any other factors listed in the solicitation.The solicitation will be made available on the internet athttps://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil under Requests for Proposal (RFP) SPE7LX-25-R-0019 on or around the solicitation date of February 7, 2023. Thesolicitation will remain open for 30 days, allowing time for potential offerors to review the solicitation and related attachments andif applicable, submit proposals
