Description
The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed priced purchase order to BIF Technologies Corporation for BrainJack Insight Software Enterprise software subscriptions.
BIF Technologies is proprietary vendor and the sole manufacturer and distributor of the software subscription. The Government requires a valid one-year subscription for BrainJack Insight Enterprise covering a period from 09 September 2025 to 08 September 2026.
The Government inteends to procure the BrainJack Insight Software soliciting from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement via email to lauren.may.6@us.af.mil NLT 12:00p.m. Central Daylight Time, Monday, 7 April 2025. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
