The Durham VA Health Care System located in Durham. NC is seeking potential sources capable to provide on-site and remote preventative maintenance, repair, and software support service of the Brainlab Exactrac & iPlan RT Planning systems workstation in use at the Durham VA Medical Center.
All Field Service Engineers (FSE) performing under this contract must be experienced in the service of the Brainlab Exactrac & RT Planning hardware and software. Clinical Support Specialist providing user assistance must be OEM trained and accredited.
