This is a sole source combined synopsis/solicitation to Flow International Corporation, for commercial products in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.

b. A Memorandum is also attached for "Use of Other Than Full and Open Competition for an Acquisition Under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold".
Amendment 1 issued to affect the following:
1.Vendors are invited to attend a site-survey from 9:00 am - 11:00 am on 22 August 2025, please contact Mr. Quintin J. Pollard via email quintin.pollard@usmc.mil, cell phone 760-801-1464 for access to the Camp Pendleton. RSVP no later than 3:00 pm, 21 August 2025. ATTENDANCE IS NOT MANDATORY.2. Any questions must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm on 22 August 2025.3. The RFQ closing date is extended to 3:00 pm, 27 August 2025.4. Photographs of the installation site and curently installed water pump will be published with the Governments responses to questions received no later than 4:00 pm 22 August 2025. 5.
