Notice Update on Prior Sources Sought NoticeREQUIREMENT:VA is seeking qualified vendors to provide and maintain a brand name iMedConsent Web or equal solution - Enterprise Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) cloud-based signature informed consent solution capable of documenting signature informed consent for treatments and procedures, advance directives, and other VA Forms, for all clinical specialties at all of VHA s 150 medical facilities located in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Philippines. In addition, the requirement includes project management, operations and maintenance support, and computer-based training for the proposed Informed Consent Web solution.All interested parties are notified that VA intends to solicit the above requirement via the System for Award Management s Contracting Opportunities page as full-and-open brand name iMedConsent Web or equal COTS solution. VA intends to post this solicitation within the next 30 days.
