Description
The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469025Q0010, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures for the supply of 30 Bluebeam Revu Version 21-0-30 Software Licenses for the Complete Version of the software (See Attachment 2: Salient Characteristics).
This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519 with a size standard of $34.0 million. To be eligible to compete for Total Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.
All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota.
The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without Interchanges with quoters. However, the Government may conduct Interchanges with one, some, none or all quoters at its discretion.Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote, the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.
Quotes are to be submitted via email to Vaishali Upadhyay at vaishali.upadhyay.1@us.af.mil and Hunter Teems at hunter.teems.1@us.af.mil no later than 4 March 2025, 3:00 PM MST. Quotes must be valid until 2 June 2025, 3:00 PM MDT.
Questions must be emailed to vaishali.upadhyay.1@us.af.mil before 19 February 2025, 3:00 PM MST, and a memorandum with the answers will be added to this solicitation by 26 February 2025, 3:00 PM MST.
