The 60th MXS, Wheel and Tire Shop at Travis Air Force Base has a requirement for the following equipment, Bauer Model 8071 Wheel Build-Up, Model 8731 Wheel Assembly Torque System, and Standard calibration equipment. This system is needed to assemble multiple types of aircraft wheels to include C-17, C-5 and KC-46 main and nose wheel assemblies. This requirement is for a "Brand Name" requirement.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 336413 - Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing.
