This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for two (2) new Fybroc or equivalent Pump assembly, Motor, and Parts to include installation at the NOAA Hollings Marine Laboratory, 331 Fort Johnson Rd. Charleston SC 29412.The solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 333996 with a size standard of 1250.This will be awarded as a trade off, firm-fixed price Purchase Order. You are requested to submit a technical and full pricing quote for the effort described in the attached Statement Of Need.Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Nov 2021).Responses are due by 11:00am EST on July 29, 2025. There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government.Your response, technical, and pricing should be forwarded electronically to the Contracting Officer via email no later than the date and time specified above.
