The purpose of this amendment is to remove the requirement for an authorized distributor letter or documentation from the OEM to besubmitted w ith quotes, prioritize lead time as an evaluation factor over cost, and to extend the closing date and time to submit quotes to March 24, 2025 at 11:59PM PST. Vendors who have already submitted quotes must either submit a new quote by the closing date and time or indicate via email to roger.s.bowers.civ@us.navy.mil by the closing date and time that their quote remains unchanged.
